As a global mobile messaging provider, MessageCloud makes communication work for thousands of businesses. So, when their brand identity was no longer meeting aspirations, the company approached Matrix to overhaul their own messaging to customers and prospects.
We set out to conduct a full re-branding and a comprehensive new website that would engage viewers and consolidate MessageCloud’s vast catalogue of user information.
Our initial task was to formulate a new brand identity from scratch. This included a detailed dialogue during which we suggested a fresh brand name, based on the company’s character and market positioning. Once ‘MessageCloud’ was agreed, our creative team devised visual elements to propel the brand, including bespoke icon sets.
Building the new website was a comprehensive exercise in organising MessageCloud’s content, providing tight, targeted copywriting throughout. Plus, we had to integrate an essential pricing tool, applying the same consistent design values.
MessageCloud now stands as a fresh, engaging brand. From its name and logo to the colours and imagery that support it, the company has a bright, inventive look – the ideal complement to its innovative products. Its main website now serves as an excellent central hub for customers.
Carefully distilled plain English copy and a clear hierarchy of information serve to simplify MessageCloud’s offering - all of which help this exciting tech company to build on its global expansion.
