Website design project start

We’re here to listen and truly understand your business aims and ambitions before we offer advice about your website and how it can best work for you.
Planning
After our initial discussions, we’ll begin by creating a sitemap that includes ideas and features, and forms the template for your website’s new structure. At this stage we’ll also confirm and agree costs with you.
Pre-production
We’ll confirm the website production process with you and agree a timeframe for completion. We’ll also establish whether you need help with the website content, copywriting or photography and also discuss website hosting and domain name options.
Design & development
Visual concepts
Our team will prepare a unique website design concept for your consideration. At this stage, no buttons or links will work, but you’ll get a good flavour of what’s to come and how your vision is shaping up!
Website development
Once we’ve agreed the look and feel and established the user journey its over to our internal web coding team! Your website will be developed to follow the agreed design concept.
Testing phase
Once built, your website will go through a series of quality assurance testing. We will run through a series of live tests including; browser compatibility, security, accessibility, responsive scaling and key functionality.
Final preparations
Client viewing
It’s time for you to take a look! The site will be placed on our private client staging area where it can be viewed in all its glory.
Training
We want you to be able to utilise all of the unique features that in your new website. Our comprehensive CMS (Content Management System) is extremely easy-to-use but we understand that everybody needs familiarisation. All of our website packages include two hours of staff training, either in our studio or via Teams. If you don’t want to update the website yourself we can also discuss our monthly support options.
Launch
At this stage we’ll set up any necessary redirects from your old website. Once you are 100% happy we’ll prepare for launch!
